ICE SUNGLASSES FOR CYCLISTS
A variation on our traditional Breeze Cycle sunglasses, Ice swaps the original blue lenses for an equally attractive red / orange color. Ice sunglasses for cyclists comprises a comprehensive package that will hep in all weather and light conditions.

The Frames
Finished in a highly attractive white and red color scheme, the frames have rubberized tips for comfort. Being extremely light, and thanks to a slight flex that makes the glasses fit most sizes and shapes of head well, Ice are very comfortable to wear. The frame is made from TR90, a plastic composite material famous for being virtually bullet-proof and thus superior to the more common poly-carbonate.
The Ice frame benefits from an adjustable rubber nose clip, which can be narrowed or widened to exactly fit the wearer's requirements.
The Lenses
Made from an extremely robust and impact resistant poly-carbonate, all lenses bundled with Ice are made to very high optical standards. Four sets of lenses are provided as standard, and these are as follows:
- Clear, for keeping out the elements and debris when a tint is not required
- Category 0, for use on dull or cloudy days
- Category 2, beige polarized. For use on fairly bright or changeable days
- Category 3, Frostech red mirror, for use on sunny days
Note: All lenses are 100% UV A / UV B protected, including the clear set.
Polarized lenses filter out glare - caused by the sun's rays bouncing off horizontal surfaces - through the addition of a filter. Glare can be a real problem when it bounces off the road surface, car windscreens etc.
All lenses supplied with Ice are anti-scratch coated, and de-centered, which means the possible distorting effects of placing a curved lens in front of your eyes are calibrated out at the manufacturing stage.
The Package
Ice Cycle are supplied with a microfiber cleaning cloth, retainer securing strap and carry case as standard. The case has internal pouches for storing the extra lenses, plus a belt fixing catch and loops, making for easy access to your sunglasses when you need them in a hurry.
All Sports Sunglasses conform to ISO 12311 and 12312 standards for sunglasses and protective equipment testing. They also comply with US Z80.3 and offer 100% UV A / UV B (UV400) protection.
Uses
Ice Cycle are highly suited to most sports and leisure uses. They are particularly well suited to cycling and running.

The green mirror lens set has been specifically designed for golf - through cutting blue light, it features superb definition and contrast on the course, allowing you to read the terrain and greens far better.
